Marcelo Amaral

Marcelo Amaral is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in investor relations, financial management, and strategic leadership. Currently serving as the IRO at Bitfy since March 2023, Marcelo leads the Finance and Investor Relations functions while coordinating finance-related operations. Previously, Marcelo held the position of CEO at Kaiambá Embalagens e Acessórios and served as Finance Director at Contaviva Pagamentos, where responsibilities included setting up a digital bank focused on factoring and payments. Additional roles include Finance Manager at OpenText, Controller at Handelsbanken, Chief Economic Advisor at São Paulo City Hall, and Relationship Manager at Banco Bradesco. Marcelo holds an MBA in Finance from FGV and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from FAAP.
