Beth Chikobe

Beth Chikobe currently serves as the Vice President of People and Culture at World Central Kitchen, leading initiatives to align the people strategy with organizational goals and promote an inclusive workplace. Prior to this role, Beth was the Director of Global People Operations at IDinsight, managing a diverse team to enhance talent attraction and employee development. Beth's earlier experience includes positions in global operations at Special Hope Network, where roles ranged from Chief Operating Officer to Global Operations Consultant. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Religion/Religious Studies from the University of Virginia and a Master of Science in International Development from the University of Birmingham.
