Juan Camilo Jimenez Garces

Juan Camilo Jimenez Garces currently serves as the Regional Community Outreach Manager for Latin America at World Central Kitchen since February 2023, where responsibilities include leading disaster response efforts for various crises in multiple countries. Prior experience includes roles at UNHCR as a Child Protection and GBV Associate and Senior Child Protection Assistant, focusing on youth and gender-based violence. As a Project Advisor with UNLIREC, Juan Camilo implemented initiatives addressing illicit trafficking and community security. Previous positions include project coordination with United Nations Volunteers and internships at the World Food Programme and UNAIDS. Juan Camilo holds an MA in Humanitarianism and Conflict Response from The University of Manchester and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Universidad Tecnológica Centroamericana, complemented by various other educational programs focused on public function and international law.
