Matthew Adler

Matthew Adler is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in high-demand restaurant environments. Currently serving as Chef/Partner at Cucina Morini and Caruso's Grocery since 2024 and 2020 respectively, Adler also owns MRA Culinary Solutions, a consulting firm that specializes in various aspects of the hospitality industry, including menu development and operational support. Additional roles include Chef Relief Contractor for World Central Kitchen since 2019, and Culinary Director at Schlow Restaurant Group from 2016 to 2018, where oversight included kitchen operations and health compliance. Previous experience includes Executive Chef positions with Altamarea Group and Oceana Restaurant, as well as critical early roles with notable establishments such as Alain Ducasse NY and The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company. Matthew Adler holds an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts from The Culinary Institute of America, earned between 2000 and 2002.
