Edwin Afari is an experienced Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) professional with a robust background in coordinating and managing M&E activities across various organizations. Currently serving as an M&E Coordinator at the World Cocoa Foundation since March 2013, Edwin focuses on performance monitoring, data quality assessment, and building capacity among staff and partners, while supporting CocoaMAP, a global database initiative. Prior roles include M&E Specialist at USAID, where responsibilities included supporting performance monitoring for Development Objective teams and managing the GIS platform, and M&E/GIS Specialist at TechnoServe, where project M&E, data analysis, and capacity training were key responsibilities. Edwin holds a BSc and MPhil in Agricultural Economics from Prempeh College and the University of Ghana.
