Oscar Guzman is an experienced professional with a background in financial inclusion and microfinance. Oscar currently holds positions at World Council of Credit Unions as Chief of Party for the USAID Economic Inclusion Project and as a Regional Director for Latin America. Oscar also teaches courses on financial inclusion at The Boulder Institute of Microfinance and serves as Chairman of the Board at RTC Coonecta, a Fintech company. With experience managing projects in various countries and a strong educational background in finance and business administration, Oscar Guzman is dedicated to promoting financial inclusion and providing services to underserved populations.
