Anar Suleymanov

Anar Suleymanov has extensive experience in customs administration and policy, currently serving as a Technical Attaché at the World Customs Organization since February 2022 and as a Customs Attaché at the Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the Kingdom of Belgium. Prior roles include significant leadership positions at The State Customs Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan, where Anar coordinated customs modernization projects and held titles such as Head of Secretariat and First Deputy Chief. Additionally, Anar has contributed to academia as an Adjunct Instructor at Azerbaijan State University of Economics from September 2016 to December 2021. Anar holds a Master's degree in Public Finance from the National Graduate Institute for Policy Studies and two Master's degrees in Customs Administration from Baku State University, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in the same field.
