Maka Khvedelidze

Maka Khvedelidze is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customs performance measurement and international relations. Currently serving as Technical Officer/Lead Performance Measurement Officer at the World Customs Organization since September 2018, Maka leads the development of performance measurement methodologies and conducts analyses to support customs administrations in achieving their goals. Prior to this role, Maka was the Deputy Head of the Department for International Relations at the Georgia Revenue Service, where responsibilities included negotiating with the EU on various agreements and managing international projects. Additionally, Maka has held the position of International Programmes Manager at Tbilisi University "Metekhi," focusing on the establishment of joint educational programs. Academic credentials include multiple master's degrees in Community Integration, Euro-Regional Studies, and English language from various institutions.
