Suoud A. has a diverse work experience in the field of customs affairs. Suoud started their career in 2003 as an Administrator in the Customs Affairs Department at the Federal Customs Authority. In 2005, they became the Head of Customs Service Section, where they managed a team and coordinated with various government agencies. In 2007, Suoud A. joined the World Customs Organization as the Executive Director of the MENA Regional Office for Capacity Building, and later became the Head of the MENA Regional Office in 2017. Additionally, in 2016, they took on the role of Chief Happiness and Positivity Officer at the Federal Customs Authority.
