Sylvain Raymond

Sylvain RAYMOND is an experienced professional in customs enforcement and drug program management, currently serving as a Senior Technical Officer and Drugs Programme Manager at the World Customs Organization since September 2016. Prior to this role, Sylvain RAYMOND worked from December 2011 to September 2016 as an Enforcement Customs Advisor for the Ministère de l'Europe et des Affaires étrangères, providing technical advice to the Director General of Customs. Sylvain RAYMOND also held key positions at the Direction générale des douanes et droits indirects, including leading a crime investigation team and overseeing customs enforcement operations. Early career experience includes serving as an Airborne Unit Team Leader at the Ministère des Armées. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in History from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne and training from the Ecole Nationale des Douanes.
