Ellen Shay

Ellen Shay has worked in various roles since 2009. Ellen began their career as a Secondary FACS Teacher for Shakopee Public Schools in 2009. In 2010, they moved to South Washington County Schools in the same role. In 2011, they moved to ISD 191 Burnsville-Eagan-Savage School District in the same role. In 2013, they took on a Tennis Instructor role at Inver Grove Heights Parks and Recreation, coaching a summer traveling tennis team and teaching lessons to participants ages 4-12. In 2014, they moved to Assessment Systems Corporation as a Client Services Coordinator. In 2015, they moved to Aquinas American School as a First Grade Teacher, teaching Math, Science, English, Religion and Social Studies. In 2017, they moved to Providence Academy - Plymouth, MN as an Assistant Teacher. In 2018, they moved to Deluxe Marketing Solutions as a Sales Representative. Finally, in 2022, they moved to World Data Products as a Sales Support Specialist.

Ellen Shay completed their high school education at Mahtomedi High School, earning a Diploma in 2005. Ellen then attended the University of St. Thomas, where they graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Education with a Family Studies Minor in 2009. Additionally, they have obtained two certifications from Lynda.com, in Content Marketing and E-Book Publication.
