Adwoa Bagalini

People And Culture Project Manager at World Economic Forum

Adwoa Bagalini has a range of experience in different roles and companies. Adwoa began their career in 2007 as an Executive Search Consultant at John McCarthy Associates. In this role, they worked until 2015.

In 2015, Bagalini joined the World Economic Forum as a Talent Development Specialist. During their time in this role, they led recruitment efforts for the largest business groups at the Forum and also recruited Global Leadership Fellows. Adwoa also played a key role in implementing a global internship program and improving the recruiting process. Bagalini later had international assignments in talent acquisition and talent development in New York and San Francisco.

From 2019 to 2023, Bagalini took on the position of People Engagement, Diversity & Inclusion Lead at the World Economic Forum. In this role, they co-designed a global diversity and inclusion strategy and worked to create engaging content and communications for talent programs and initiatives. Adwoa also focused on translating organizational values and behaviors into accessible language to be reflected in talent processes.

As of 2023, Bagalini has taken on the role of People and Culture Project Manager at the World Economic Forum.

Adwoa Bagalini earned a Bachelor's Degree in French Language and Literature and History from Amherst College in the years 2001 to 2005. Adwoa then pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Webster University Geneva from 2014 to 2016.
