Alexis Poulet

Alexis Poulet serves as the Senior Vice President and Head of Corporate Development, Chief Strategy Officer, and Chief Transformation Officer at Ferring Pharmaceuticals since August 2016, overseeing global strategy formulation, implementation, and performance management. Prior experience includes roles as Vice President of R&D Executive Office, Head of Global Portfolio and Project Management, and Global Head of R&D Finance & Controlling. Alexis also lectures on Project and Portfolio Management at Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne and Université de Genève. Engagement with the World Economic Forum as a member of the Health and Healthcare Strategy Officers Community began in February 2023. Previous positions in financial planning and analysis have been held at Novartis and Syngenta, along with experience in auditing at Deloitte. Alexis holds advanced degrees from esteemed institutions including INSEAD and Harvard Business School.
