Chisom Okechukwu

Chisom Okechukwu is currently a member of the Global Council on Growth at the World Economic Forum since March 2023 and serves as a Senior Program Officer at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation since September 2016. Previous experience includes roles as a Special Advisor to the Board Chair at Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance, and as Special Advisor/Chief of Staff to the Coordinating Minister of the Economy in Nigeria at the Federal Ministry of Finance, Budget & National Planning from September 2012 to June 2015. Early career positions include a Summer Associate at the Clinton Health Access Initiative, Inc. and a Research Project Lead at the Think Tanks and Civil Societies Program (TTCSP). Chisom Okechukwu holds a Master of Science from the University of Oxford and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
