Cosima Piepenbrock

Cosima Piepenbrock is currently serving as the Head of Product, Intelligence & Head of User Experience at the World Economic Forum. Prior to their current role, Cosima was a Functional Strategy Manager at Accenture Strategy. Cosima also has experience as a User Experience Researcher at StepStone and a PHD Researcher at Heinrich-Heine-Universität Düsseldorf. Cosima has a Ph.D. in Psychology/Ergonomics from the University of Düsseldorf, a Diplom in Psychology with a minor in Business Administration, and a Master of Science in Organisational & Social Psychology from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). Cosima has also worked as a Working Student in various roles at KPMG Deutschland and McKinsey & Company Deutschland.
