Head, Business Performance And Contract Management at World Economic Forum

Dhruv Khanna has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Dhruv began their career at GE in 1999 as a Leadership Development Program Associate, and later transitioned to a Research Associate/Research Assistant role. In 2002, they joined Moody's Investors Services as an Associate Analyst in the Corporate Finance Group and later became an Analyst in the Leveraged Finance Group. In 2011, they briefly worked as a Summer Associate in the Corporate Strategy Group at Hess Corporation. From 2012 to 2014, they participated in the Global Leadership Fellow Program at the World Economic Forum while also working as a Senior Manager. Dhruv was then promoted to Lead, Business Strategy & Performance Measurement, and most recently served as the Head of Business Performance and Contract Management. Throughout their career, Dhruv has gained experience in business strategy, performance measurement, contract management, and leadership development.

Dhruv Khanna completed their education at various institutions. From 1995 to 1999, they attended Boston University's Questrom School of Business, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Additionally, during the same period, they completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management, General at Boston University. Later on, from 2010 to 2012, Dhruv Khanna pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree at Yale School of Management.
