Eoin Ó Cathasaigh

Programming & Communications Lead at World Economic Forum

Eoin Ó Cathasaigh has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and organizations. Eoin most recently held the position of Programming & Communications Lead at the World Economic Forum, starting in April 2020. Prior to that, Eoin worked as a Communications Specialist at UNDP from March 2018 to March 2020. Eoin also served as an Associate Communications Officer at the United Nations from May 2016 to January 2018. Before joining the United Nations, Eoin worked as an Advocacy Specialist at the World Food Programme from May 2015 to April 2016. Eoin also gained experience as a Communications Adviser at EBRD from March 2014 to June 2015, and as a Press and Online Communications Officer at OSCE from September 2013 to January 2014. Eoin started their career in the private sector, working as an Account Manager at Blue State from May 2012 to March 2013 and as a Communications Analyst at Human Digital from May 2011 to May 2012.

Eoin Ó Cathasaigh has a degree in MSc. in Politics and Communication from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). Eoin also completed a degree in M.A. (Dubl.) in Psychology from Trinity College Dublin. Prior to these degrees, Eoin attended Crescent College Comprehensive S.J. where they did not pursue any specific degree or field of study.
