Eric Bonet is a seasoned software engineer and data scientist with extensive experience in humanitarian and engineering projects. Currently serving as a Senior Lead Software Engineer at the World Economic Forum since August 2024, Eric previously held roles as Lead Software Engineer and Senior Software Engineer at Source.ag. With experience as a Freelance Software Engineer for the World Food Programme and as a Data Scientist at UNHCR, Eric focused on leveraging predictive analytics for humanitarian responses. Eric co-founded PNGK, developing software for humanitarian organizations, and has contributed to projects with UN-Habitat and TNO. Holding a Master of Science in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from the University of Kansas, along with experience as a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant, Eric combines technical acumen with a dedication to improving lives through innovative solutions.
