Olivier Gestas

Digital Success Manager at World Economic Forum

Olivier Gestas has over 20 years of work experience, starting in 1999 as a Sales Operations Assistant at Kroger. Olivier then worked at Quick Restaurants as an Assistant Manager before joining Dickson Coatings as a Project Manager. In 2006, Olivier joined Thomson Reuters, where they held various roles including Account Manager and Business Analyst/CRM Specialist. In these roles, they focused on optimizing sales performance, introducing global processes, and maximizing sales efficiencies. Olivier currently works at the World Economic Forum as a Digital Success Manager, where they are responsible for enhancing Salesforce implementation and adoption, implementing event campaigns, and managing branding initiatives.

Olivier Gestas earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Christian Brothers University, where they studied from 1999 to 2003. Before that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce, General from IDRAC Lyon, where they attended from 1998 to 1999. In addition to their educational background, Olivier obtained a certification as a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci in June 2022, through training delivered by CMC Partnership Global.
