Oscar Armando Guillén Pacheco

Oscar Armando Guillén Pacheco is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in entrepreneurship, education, and financial management. Currently serving as an Especialista en Desarrollo del Emprendedor at Mibanco and the Co-Founder and Executive Director of Virgo, Oscar has been actively involved in the World Economic Forum as a Global Shaper and in mentorship roles at the Centro de Innovación y Desarrollo Emprendedor-PUCP. Oscar's previous positions include Program Manager for Wadhwani Foundation, Co-Founder and Executive Director at Panal Perú, and Country Manager at Tutorez. With a strong educational background, including a Master’s in Corporate Finance from Universidad del Pacífico, multiple diplomas in entrepreneurship and project management, and a degree in Business Administration from Universidad Ricardo Palma, Oscar combines practical experience with solid academic credentials to drive innovative projects and promote entrepreneurship in Peru.
