Régis Coles

Régis Coles has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Régis has served as a Manager, Talent Acquisition and Secondment Programme at the World Economic Forum since September 2019. Prior to that, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Lead at the same organization from January 2018 to August 2019.

Before joining the World Economic Forum, Régis held the position of Branch Manager & Solution Sales Director at The Adecco Group from October 2014 to December 2017. Régis also worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at Kudelski Security from January 2014 to June 2014.

Régis' experience in recruitment includes their role as the Corporate Recruitment Manager at SGS from May 2011 to December 2013, and as the Recruitment Consultant Manager at Selectus SA from July 2005 to February 2011.

Earlier in their career, Régis worked as a Financial Analyst at Novartis from May 2003 to June 2005, and as a Senior Auditor at Deloitte from February 2001 to February 2003. Régis started their professional journey as an Accounts Payable Clerk & Financial Analyst at Procter & Gamble, where they worked from December 1995 to June 1997.
