Swati Dalal

Swati Dalal has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Swati currently works as the Partnerships Development Lead at the World Economic Forum since February 2023. Prior to this, they were a Consulting Account Manager at Microsoft from February 2021 to January 2023, where they collaborated with global organizations to solve complex business problems and drive strategic priorities. From March 2020 to February 2021, Swati served as the Vice President of Strategic Deals at Genpact, supporting large transformation programs for global CPG, Retail, Healthcare, and Lifesciences companies. Before that, they were part of the Tata Administrative Services (TAS) program, where they held various roles from June 2011 to January 2019. Throughout their career, Swati has also gained experience in corporate development, strategy, and planning in companies such as Trent Ltd, Taj Hotels, Tata Power, Tata Trusts, Tata Teleservices Ltd, and Tata AutoComp Systems Ltd.

Swati Dalal obtained their MBA in General Management from IMD in 2019. Prior to that, they completed their PGDM in Management from the Management Development Institute, Gurgaon between 2007 and 2009. Swati began their educational journey by earning a B.A (Hons) in Economics from Sri Venkateswara College, Delhi University, which they completed in 2007.
