Yasmin Dias Guichot has a diverse work experience in various organizations. Yasmin is currently working as the Lead for Health Systems Transformation at the World Economic Forum. Prior to this role, they worked as an Associate Director and Senior Associate at High Lantern Group. Yasmin also served as a Program Officer at the Health Foundation of South Florida. Before that, they held multiple roles at the University of Miami, including Senior Program Coordinator & Research Analyst, Graduate Assistant, Teaching Assistant, and Public Health Student Association Vice-President. Additionally, they pursued a Master of Public Health at the University of Miami, Miller School of Medicine. Yasmin also gained internship experiences at Maastricht University, where they worked in the departments of Molecular Genetics and Pediatrics. Overall, Yasmin has valuable experience in various aspects of health systems and public health.

Yasmin Dias Guichot's education history begins with the completion of their International Baccalaureate Diploma at the Carlucci American International School of Lisbon from 2001 to 2005. Yasmin then enrolled in the University of West Florida, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Biology from 2005 to 2008.

Seeking further specialization, Yasmin pursued a Masters of Science in Medical Research with a focus on Oncology and Developmental Biology at Maastricht University between 2009 and 2011. Continuing their academic journey, they attended the University of Miami from 2011 to 2013, achieving a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree with a concentration in Global Health, specifically Maternal and Child Health.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Yasmin holds a certification as a Project Management Professional, which they obtained in March 2018 from the Project Management Institute.
