Jessica Clifton has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jessica started their career as a Departmental Aide at the Department of Work and Pensions in 2006. Jessica then moved on to become an Assistant to the Eastern Regional Director at Actors' Equity Association from 2007 to 2012. Following this, they worked at this is MKG as a Talent & Culture Associate, where they focused on fostering company culture and engagement from 2012 to 2015. After that, they joined Pineapple Co as a People & Culture Manager, overseeing employee experience and recruitment for various sister companies. In 2017, they joined World Education Services as a Senior HR Generalist, and later took on roles as Manager, People & Talent Strategy, and currently as Associate Director, HR & Talent Strategy. At WES, they are responsible for talent acquisition, onboarding, talent and performance management, and employee engagement strategies.

Jessica Clifton attended Boston University from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications.
