Peirong Lin is an experienced professional currently serving as Deputy Secretary General, HR Director, and Research Coordinator of the Theological Concerns Department at the World Evangelical Alliance since November 2018. In addition, Peirong holds the position of Affiliated Researcher at Evangelische Theologische Faculteit in Leuven and serves as the Administrative Coordinator for the Institute of Leadership & Social Ethics, contributing to the development of a Christian perspective on leadership and ethics. Previously, Peirong worked as an Independent Consultant, Communications Coordinator for the Ambassadors Program, and Regional Human Resources Officer at World Vision, where a variety of programs and HR functions were implemented across the Asia Pacific region. Peirong Lin’s academic credentials include a PhD in Theology and Religious Studies from Evangelische Theologische Faculteit, a Master's in Organizational Leadership from Monash University, and a Bachelor's in Business Administration from the National University of Singapore.
