Paul Riley has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Paul started their career in language education with Oxford University Press, where they held multiple roles including Sales Director, ELT General Manager, and Managing Director for various regions in Asia. Paul then worked as the Manager for the International Training and Education Department at Isuzu Motors Ltd. Following this, Paul worked in strategic partnerships at SecretBuilders and Reallyenglish, both of which focused on educational gaming and English language learning. Paul also served as a Non-Executive Director at Studycat Limited, a Hong Kong holding company specializing in online education. More recently, Paul joined World Family English Holdings Ltd., where they held positions as Director of Special Projects and Vice President of Innovation and Global Services. Additionally, they worked as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for World Family English Korea. Paul's most recent role is as a Mentor at Mentors Fund.
Paul Riley has a Master of Science in Education from Temple University, which they earned from 1991 to 1993. Paul also has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and German from Colgate University, which they obtained from 1984 to 1987. In addition, they have taken a course on Copyright for Multimedia on Coursera in 2016 and completed an Introduction to Programming Nanodegree from Udacity in the same year. Furthermore, Paul has obtained a Certification in Strategic Decisions Executive Training Programme from Hult Ashridge in 2004.

WFE developed the first edition of Disney’s World of English (DWE) in the late 1970’s. Over the succeeding decades, we have continuously enhanced and expanded DWE, leveraging new technologies to enliven and enrich our DWE users’ learning experience and achieve optimal English fluency outcomes. Through the present day, we have invested more than US$60 million in the development of DWE and Play Along! (Play Along! being the youngest child’s developmental and learning bridge to DWE). Together with our World Family Club services, DWE and Play Along! present the most complete and effective ELL solution available to children anywhere in the world. World Family English Holdings Ltd., our parent company, is a privately held BVI. We carry out the marketing, sale and distribution of our ELL product line and the provision of our proprietary ELL support services through our wholly owned subsidiaries in Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong/Macau, and South Korea. In Bermuda and our Asia markets, we have more than 1,700 employees and contract staff personnel and maintain a sales force of more than 1,000 sales Advisors highly trained in all facets of the Company’s ELL programs and services.
