Stéphane Vial

Stéphane Vial is a distinguished academic and professional in the fields of design and mental health. As the founder and coordinator of Mentallys, a digital self-care solution, Stéphane supports mental health recovery and enhances communication between users and healthcare professionals. Currently serving as a Full Professor at the School of Design at UQAM, Stéphane holds a research chair in Design for e-Mental Health, has extensive teaching experience, and has contributed to various institutions, including the Centre de recherche de l'Institut universitaire en santé mentale de Montréal. With a strong background in philosophy and multiple advanced degrees, Stéphane has authored notable design research, directed the PROJEKT Design Lab, and actively engages in financial education as a financial security advisor with World Financial Group. Previous roles include founder and creative director of LEKTUM, part-time lecturer at Multimédia Sorbonne, and philosophy teacher at École Boulle.
