Hisham Zawil

Hisham Zawil has a diverse work experience spanning various sectors and organizations. Hisham currently serves as the Director of Private Sector Partnerships at World Food Program USA, where they focus on building strategic partnerships with the private sector to support the United Nations World Food Programme's Nobel Peace Prize-winning work, specifically in the technology sector.

Prior to their current role, Hisham worked as an Advisor in Product and Partnerships at Altru from July 2022 to April 2023.

From November 2018 to May 2021, Hisham held the position of Senior Officer in Global Technology Partnerships at the International Rescue Committee. During this time, they also took on additional responsibilities as the Global Strategy Lead from October 2020 to February 2021. Before that, they worked as a Senior Site Manager, focusing on resettlement, asylum, and integration from November 2017 to October 2018, and as a Site Manager from June 2015 to November 2017.

Hisham's earlier work experience includes serving as the Coordinator of Education and Youth Development at ACCESS - Arab Community Center for Economic and Social Services from January 2013 to January 2014.
