Ryan Quinn

Ryan Quinn is a seasoned advocate in the fields of international development, hunger, and policy reform, currently serving as Senior Director of Advocacy & Coalitions at World Food Program USA since March 2023. Prior experience includes a decade at Bread for the World, where Ryan contributed as Deputy Director and Senior Policy Advisor, leading advocacy strategies on international hunger and important issues such as food aid reform and climate change. Ryan also held significant roles at Save the Children USA, focusing on public policy and advocacy for children’s development, as well as serving in various capacities within the U.S. House of Representatives and United States Senate. Ryan holds a Master of Arts in Public Policy from George Mason University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Loras College.
