Amro Sallam

Amro Sallam is a Computer Network Engineer at the World Food Programme since September 2019, where responsibilities include providing timely IT user support and maintaining a hotline for technical problems. Previously, Amro served as a Help Desk Support Specialist at The Best Option for Import Office from July 2017 to February 2019, focusing on IT budgeting, planning, deployment, and procurement support. Amro's earlier experience includes working as Desktop & IT Support at Boudl Company from April 2013 to April 2016, where tasks involved liaising with Internet Service Providers to enhance service provision and ensuring data security. Amro holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Al Andalus University For Science & Technology, completed in December 2012.
