Elisa Laurino has a diverse range of work experience in various organizations. Elisa started their career as a Documentation Dep. in Hyundai Merchant Marine, where they handled export official documents and customer relations. Elisa then worked as a Training and Documentation Dep. at Giunti Labs, providing training sessions and translating documentation. Elisa also worked as an Instructor at Giunti Labs, delivering training sessions to international customers. Elisa then joined eXact learning solutions S.p.A as an Instructor and Technical Writer, providing training sessions on eLearning and instructional designing. Elisa later worked at UNHCR as a Staff Development Associate, where they designed and implemented eLearning courses for staff members. Elisa also worked at Tribridge as a Senior Learning Consultant, involved in international projects and providing guidance to customers on talent management systems. Elisa then joined FAO as a Learning Solution Coordinator before eventually joining World Food Programme as the Head of Technical Learning. In this role, they lead the development of a skills development framework, identifies learning needs, and promotes innovative learning approaches. Throughout their career, Elisa has demonstrated expertise in learning and development, training, instructional designing, and project management.

Elisa Laurino obtained a Business English course certification from Hastings in 2008. Prior to that, they studied at the Università degli Studi di Genova from 2005 to 2008, where they earned a degree in Languages. In addition to their academic qualifications, Elisa obtained PRINCE2 Agile® Project Management Certifications from PeopleCert in July 2023, and Prince 2 certification from APM Group in 2012.
