Eugenia Abbamonte is a consultant with extensive experience in human resources and ethics, currently working with the World Food Programme since March 2019. In the Human Resources Contracts Team, responsibilities include delivering onboarding processes and providing advice on employment conditions and policies. Previously, in the Ethics Office, Eugenia conducted research and developed educational materials on ethics and standards of conduct. Prior experience includes a Schuman Trainee position at the European Parliament, collaborating on legislative texts, and a trainee role at the European University Institute, assisting high-level management with research and event coordination. Eugenia holds a Master of Laws in Transnational Law from King's College London and has pursued additional studies in international human resources management and migration governance, alongside a single-cycle master's degree in law from Luiss Guido Carli University.
