Hospice HANO is an experienced Business Transformation Officer currently serving as the Head of I&T at the World Food Programme since September 2008, with prior roles including leadership positions in Mauritania and Chad. Responsibilities include stakeholder engagement, strategic development of ICT plans, and the introduction of innovative technologies such as drones in food production. HANO has a strong background in managing IT operations, ensuring compliance with organizational standards, and supporting emergency IT responses. Educational qualifications include a Doctor’s Degree in Business Administration, multiple Master's degrees in Project Management and IT Security, and extensive training in Electrical Engineering and Hardware Engineering. Certifications include PMP®, ITIL®, CCNA, CCNP, and COBIT®.
