Isabelle Rampa

Isabelle Rampa is an experienced professional with a strong background in mental health and project management. Currently serving as a Family Liaison Officer at the World Food Programme since August 2020, Rampa has previously held key roles including Social Emotional Whole School Counsellor at the European International School Ho Chi Minh City and Head of Department for Mental Health and Care Practices at ACTION CONTRE LA FAIM. Rampa's expertise encompasses capacity development, psychosocial assessments, and the implementation of mental health programs, supported by advanced education including a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Université René Descartes Paris V-la Sorbonne and various specialized training in EMDR therapy. With experience working in diverse settings, including the United Nations and various mental health and social support organizations, Rampa demonstrates a commitment to improving mental health and welfare for individuals and communities.
