Kamran Ghafoor

Kamran Ghafoor has extensive experience in HR technology and project management, currently serving as the SAP-Workday Integrations and Data Migration Lead at the World Food Programme since January 2016, where responsibilities include managing a complex data migration from a legacy HR system. Previously, Kamran worked as an HR Digital Transformation Enterprise Architect & Delivery Manager, focusing on cloud migration strategies and software vendor selection. Other notable roles include serving as the SAP HR CSOD Project Manager/Solution Architect at Rio Tinto and Project Manager & Global Enterprise Architect at BP, leading significant SAP upgrades. With earlier positions spanning multiple organizations, including Johnson & Johnson and Transport for London, Kamran possesses a strong background in SAP and HR consulting, supported by a BA in Business Studies from Middlesex University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Cal State East Bay.
