Shahed AlAdra is an accomplished Global Talent Acquisition & Strategic Workforce Planning Manager at the World Food Programme since July 2020, focusing on talent deployment, acquisition, retention, and capability development within the Supply Chain division across 88 countries. Previously, Shahed served as a Global Talent Acquisition Consultant at the World Food Programme, overseeing the recruitment cycle for the Future International Talent Pool. Shahed's experience also includes a role as Talent Brand Manager at Accenture, where recruitment marketing strategies were developed to enhance the company's employer brand in the Middle East. At EY, Shahed held dual responsibilities as the GCC Campus/Early Talent Recruiting Lead and MENA Campus Recruitment Marketing Lead, managing a team dedicated to campus recruitment and strategic government relationships. Earlier in the career, Shahed worked as the National Youth Development and Strategy Officer at the Abu Dhabi Centre for Technical and Vocational Education & Training, contributing to significant projects such as the creation of the Qualifications Bank and the iCampus initiative.
