Silvia Rossi Tafuri

Silvia Rossi Tafuri is an accomplished professional in supply chain management with extensive experience in humanitarian and public health sectors. Currently, Silvia serves as the Head of Supply Chain at the World Food Programme, having held various leadership roles within the organization, including Deputy Head of the Global COVID-19 Cell. Prior experience includes leading research and business development at Pamela Steele Associates Ltd., collaborating with prominent clients such as the Gavi Vaccine Alliance and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. Silvia has also contributed as a lecturer and senior research fellow at Cranfield University, focusing on sustainable supply chains and collaboration. Silvia holds a Ph.D. from Università "La Sapienza" di Roma and has engaged in research as a visiting researcher at Cranfield University.
