Sinshaw Alemu

Sinshaw Alemu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and operations within the agricultural sector. Currently serving as a Programme Policy Officer for the World Food Programme since November 2022, Sinshaw previously held the position of Head of Operations at iceaddis from April 2018 to December 2021. Prior to that, experience includes roles such as Agri Business Development Manager at Diageo and Analyst and Project Officer at the Ethiopian Agricultural Transformation Agency. Sinshaw began a career at Wagtech Ethiopia PLC as a Commercial Manager. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Agribusiness/Agricultural Business Operations from Rome Business School and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Curtin University.
