Dr. Robert Ackatia-Armah is a seasoned nutritionist and humanitarian professional with extensive experience in managing food and nutrition programs across various countries, particularly in Africa. Currently serving as the Deputy Country Director a.i - Operations and Senior Programme Policy Officer at the World Food Programme in Ethiopia, Dr. Ackatia-Armah leads initiatives that integrate emergency relief with sustainable development through the Humanitarian, Development, and Peace Nexus. Previous roles include senior positions with the International Potato Center, where Dr. Ackatia-Armah focused on vitamin A-rich crop initiatives, and significant contributions to nutrition programs in Uganda and Rwanda.
