Umuhizi Nsabimana

Nicolas Umuhizi Nsabimana is an experienced professional in business development and project management, currently serving as the Innovation Ventures Project Lead and New Ventures Consultant at the World Food Programme since June 2018. With previous roles as a Venture Fellow at Spartan Innovations and Founder/Managing Director of Rumbuka Seeds Ltd, Nicolas has demonstrated a commitment to supporting smallholder farmers in Rwanda through quality agricultural inputs. Additional experience includes roles at H2O Venture Partners, UNICEF, and the Rwanda Agriculture and Animal Resources Development Board, where Nicolas contributed to various nutrition and agricultural initiatives. Nicolas holds an MBA in Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University and a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Economics and Agribusiness from the National University of Rwanda.
