Mark Gross

Mark Gross has a strong background in human resources and total rewards. Currently, they hold the position of VP, Head of Total Rewards at World Fuel Services. Prior to this, they worked as SVP, Human Resources at First Citizens Bank. Mark also served as SVP, Global Head of Total Rewards at CIT for over a decade. Mark has held various leadership roles in companies such as Devonshire Investors, Barclays Capital, Lehman Brothers, Goldman Sachs, and CIEE. Throughout their career, Mark has gained expertise in compensation, benefits, and international human resources.

Mark Gross attended Washington University in St. Louis from 1979 to 1983, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in French and Classics. Mark then pursued further education at Yale University from 1983 to 1988, working towards a Doctorate in French Literature.
