Nikka Copeland has extensive experience in finance, strategy, and planning roles. Nikka is currently a Founding Member of Chief Miami, a leadership network for women. Prior to that, they worked at World Fuel Services as the Senior Vice President of Finance. Nikka also served as the VP of Finance and Strategy at National Grid, where they were responsible for FP&A, operations finance, and strategy development. Before that, they were the VP of Strategy, Planning, and Analysis at Aflac, where they led a successful growth strategy. Additionally, they held various finance, strategy, and planning roles at Burger King Corporation, Pepsico/YUM Brands, and Amoco Corporation/Omega Environmental.
Nikka Copeland has a B.A. in Economics from Univerzitet 'Sv. Kiril i Metódi' vo Skopje, which they obtained from 1986 to 1990. Nikka also has an MBA in Finance and International Business from the University of Oklahoma, which they earned from 1992 to 1994. Additionally, they completed the Advanced Management Program in Business and Leadership from Harvard Business School in 2015. Nikka Copeland also holds a certification in the Harvard Business School Advanced Management Program from Harvard Business School Executive Education.
