Marianne Abib-Pech serves as Managing Partner at Transitions First, an early-stage deep tech venture fund focused on industrial transitions, since January 2024. Marianne also holds the position of Advisory Board Member at Carbon Waters, a specialty chemicals company with advanced liquid graphene technology, since January 2023. As Founder and Principal of LTF Partners, started in April 2014, Marianne aims to empower mission-driven tech entrepreneurs addressing UN Sustainable Development Goals, particularly supporting women founders. Additionally, Marianne is a recognized keynote speaker on leadership and emerging markets, working with notable clients such as Shell and UBS. Previously, Marianne served on the Investment Committee at CAPTECH Santé Nutrition and authored "The Financial Times Guide to Leadership" for the Financial Times. Other notable roles include Global CFO at Shell Aviation and FPA Manager at GE Capital. Marianne holds a Master’s degree in Accounting Finance Controls from EM Strasbourg Business School and pursued continued education in Creative Writing at the University of Oxford.
