Tim Schumacher

Tim Schumacher is a seasoned entrepreneur and investor with extensive experience in the technology and sustainability sectors. Currently serving as General Partner at World Fund since May 2021, Tim focuses on supporting climate tech entrepreneurs. As a Co-Founder of saas.group, Tim aids in the acquisition and growth of promising SaaS companies. Tim has been a Board Member and Co-Steward-Owner of Ecosia since January 2014, contributing to its mission for over a decade. Additionally, Tim is an Investor at TS Ventures GmbH and holds the position of Co-Founder and Chairman at Eyeo GmbH, known for its ad-blocking software. Tim was previously CEO of Sedo.com from 2001 to 2012 and remained on its supervisory board until 2014. Tim holds an MBA from the University of Cologne and a Master's in Finance from the Stockholm School of Economics.
