Bhavni Cook is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the People and Culture Lead at World Green Building Council since April 2023, focusing on HR transformation and organizational culture best practices. As the founder and HR Director at ASAP Consulting Ltd since December 2005, Bhavni has provided outsourced HR services to SMEs, ensuring compliance and the achievement of organizational goals. Prior experience includes serving as an HR Consultant at Exemplas, where robust HR strategies and employment law support were established, and as HR/Recruitment Manager at CSC JP Morgan, where strategic leadership was delivered to enhance talent management.
