Richard Teichmann

Richard Teichmann serves as the Vice Chair of the European Regional Network at the World Green Building Council since July 2023. As the CEO of Teichmann et Compagnons Property Networks Group since 2000, Richard leads commercial real estate development operations in Vienna, Budapest, and Bratislava, managing various projects across Central and Eastern Europe. Previously, Richard held the position of Chairman of the Board at Simac Holding a.s. from 1991 to 2020, where responsibilities included privatizing and developing a company with interests in construction materials and real estate development. Richard holds a Master of Business Administration from INSEAD, completed in 1991, and a Doctor of Law degree from the University of Vienna, earned in 1984.
