Rolando Gadala-Maria

Rolando is the Founder and CEO of Visage Capital Group with more than 35 years of experience as a serial entrepreneur with a strong unique set of skills and experience in founding new businesses, investing and restructuring existing businesses, Mergers, Acquisitions, business strategies, and business growth models. Rolando sits on the boards of several corporations as well as non-profit organizations. Rolando is the author of "Awakened Leaders", a leadership mentoring program that has earned credentials from IESE Business School, Spain, transforming corporate and community leaders to become highly empowered to impact positively their business growth, their families, and their communities. He has been a guest speaker at several national and international organizations including the Overseas Private Investment Corporation (OPIC), Young Presidents Organization (YPO), and Universities, among others. Rolando is also a pro-bono mentor of startups at Singularity University helping them achieve successful and sustainable business models to achieve exponential growth. He is also an active member of YPO where he served as Chair for YPO Gold Latin America (Young Presidents Organization) and was a board member on the international board of WPO (World Presidents Organization).
