Sungu Armagan

Advisory Board Member at World Happiness Foundation

Dr. Sungu Armagan is an Associate Teaching Professor of Organizational Behavior in the Global Leadership and Management Department in the College of Business at FIU. She is the creator of the popular undergraduate course titled “Happiness at Work” in the College of Business. She also teaches undergraduate and graduate courses on Organizational Behavior, Negotiations, International Business Negotiations, and Professional Skill Development. Her research is in the areas of happiness at work and group decision-making, including negotiations. She provides training and workshops to professionals on personal happiness, workplace happiness, and executive negotiations. She is the Faculty Advisor for AIESEC FIU; AIESEC is a global platform for young people to develop their leadership potential through international internships and teaching opportunities.
