Betsy Warfield

Betsy Warfield, MBA, currently serves as the Emergency Health Unit EMT Operations Lead at Save the Children International and as a WHO Emergency Medical Teams (EMT) Mentor at the World Health Organization, providing technical guidance and support for EMT teams. With a rich background in emergency program management, Betsy has held significant roles at Americares, including Senior Director of Emergency Programs Systems and Global Readiness, and Interim Vice President of Emergency Programs, where strategic planning and enhanced operations were prioritized. Additionally, Betsy has contributed to various volunteer initiatives through Launch Leadership and Heart to Heart International, demonstrating a commitment to leadership development and volunteerism. Betsy holds an MBA in Management and dual BSBA degrees in International Business and Marketing from Rockhurst University.
