Eric Tagnon

Eric Tagnon is a seasoned human resources professional with over 25 years of experience in talent acquisition and management. At the World Health Organization, from April 2008 to September 2020, Eric held several key roles including Global Head of Talent Acquisition & Management and Regional Human Resources Manager for the Western Pacific Region, as well as Senior Regional Human Resources Officer for the African Region. Prior to this position, Eric worked at BCEAO from October 1995 to April 2008 as Head of the Integrated Human Resources Management Unit. Eric's educational background includes a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from Université Bourgogne Europe and a Master Degree in Human Resources Management & Development from IGS-RH.
